PrEzZiE debate kicked off last night and boy was it a doozy. Obama played it waaaay safe, making Democrats cringe by not even mentioning Romney's leaked "47% of people don't pay federal tax" gaffe and failing to have the stage presence/rhetorical skill that people fell in love with.BoOoo
Romney, on the other hand, played the Alpha male attack dog, mentioning Biden's "buried" middle class slip up and appearing moderate, moderate, moderate (sneaky, sneaky). Even if many of Romney's statements were debunked by fact checkers, he appeared aggressive and confident of his "plan" giving him a fighting chance in the weeks ahead.
Although Barack and Mitt had many differences throughout the night, one thing could be agreed upon. JIM LEHRER can be be basted, knocked, whipped, chopped, and fried to a deep pushover perfection. Sad to say but our little PBS friend was a main course during this prezz bickerfest.
Two more debates to go and it can only get better!
