Bring out the knives,
Plop out the seedguts,
Lets have a pumpcarve.
PumpkinFEVER took complete hold of us steedbabies yesterday and it was pumptastic!
To choose our soon2Bcarved victims, we scurried on down to the annual PuMpkIn PaTcH at Milledge Ave Baptist Church. From spookies (baby pumpkin slang) to the big 10 dollar gords, there was a lil somethin somethin for every carve enthusiast. Also, the older couple working the patch were so cayute and full of southern twang/raspy cackling one-of-a-kind sayings HOW COULD WE NOT BUY FROM EM?
Once back from the patch we commenced the carvery on the front lawn and errybody that was passin by wuz lyke jealous n shit.
THE FINAL FRUITS OF OUR LABORS YOU ASK? Welllll they were as follows: an Alexander McQueen heel, dino baby trex, Horse steed in motion, I'm Reba (Hangin like my nuts), a pair of ta-tas, wart face, and mini apple weezy. A good first pumpfest in the new stable and if you wanna see em in person they're on our porch! Come overrrrrrr.
Afterwards, we cooked some of tha seeds in a spicy butter-me-plenty sauce (Treybabe), popped some hard cider and watched the Brave Lil Toaster followed by a riveting game of Settlers with some neigghhhhbors.
Cinnamon Spice is in the air and the stable is feeling cozy as we nestle into fall. Mmmmhmm.
